Food vendors, keep in mind that we are dancing and active until about midnight, so we'd encourage you to stay open late.

Dear Vendor,
Below, please click the button to view and print a Food Vendor or Vendor Application for the upcoming Thunder Bay Folk Society Music Festival. The dates for this event are September 22-23, 2023.
Our annual festival will be located at the Alpena Antique Tractor Grounds, 6850 French Road, Alpena, Michigan. This event will include live music, dancing, drum circles, workshops, arts and crafts, events for kids, and more. The setting is peaceful and serene with space to camp. For your convenience and protection, courtesy and security personal will be provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Your vendor fee includes camping and 2 festival tickets. Food vendors will also have generated electricity provided. Other tickets may be purchased if necessary for those tending booths, family, and friends.
If you are a non-profit organization, there are a limited number of vendor spaces available for you free of charge. All vendor privileges and all rules and regulations apply.
Please take a minute to review the information enclosed for all rates, rules, and regulations and return your application with a picture and payment by the September 15th deadline.

Rules and Notes
Vendor setup time is on Friday no later than Noon and Saturday 9am - 11am.
NOTE: There is no discount for one day vending.
Vendor booths must remain open until at least 6pm Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All items must be original work and handcrafted by the vendor. Manufactured items and those made from kits are not eligible.
TBFS assumes NO responsibility for your property or for your personal injury occurring during this event. We recommend liability insurance and a Michigan Tax License #.
DO NOT BRING PETS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
